BEFORE & AFTER CARE

3-7 Days Before Your Session: Prepare your body for the treatment by reintroducing healthier eating and drinking habits at least 3 full days prior. This makes your body more receptive to the treatment and enhances the results.

Morning Ritual: Begin each day with a large glass of warm water mixed with the juice of one freshly squeezed lemon and 2-3 teaspoons of pink Himalayan sea salt. Proper hydration will help loosen stool and flush toxins. Aim for 2.5 liters of water daily.

Nourish with Whole Foods: Focus on organic fruits and vegetables. Incorporate citrus fruits, dark leafy green juices, and fiber sources like psyllium husks and ground flaxseed. Include omega-3s, aloe vera, and healthy plant-based oils in your diet.

Avoid Certain Foods: Refrain from eating meat, dairy, gluten, processed food, white flour, refined sugar, chia seeds, and alcohol 3-7 days prior. Also, avoid gas-forming foods such as cruciferous vegetables, lentils, beans, heavy spices/herbs, and any known irritants to your digestive tract.

Day of Your Session

- Fasting: Do not eat 3 hours before your session. Avoid drinking water 1 hour prior.

After Your Session

Supportive Beverages:Drink water, kombucha, green juice (dark leafy greens), and bone broth to support your body during the healing process.

Gentle Meals: Opt for smoothies, fruit, purees, soups, and soft-cooked vegetables. Avoid large, heavy meals, and stay away from meat, dairy, gluten, white flours, refined sugars, and alcohol for at least 3 days.
